Hi, I'm Elizabeth
I've been working in cosmetic injecting for four years, and I opened The Pretty Face to give Burpengary a clinic where you're listened to, not sold to.
Most people who see me want to look a little fresher and less tired, and still look like themselves. At your consultation I take the time to understand how you feel about your face, explain your options and the science behind them, and build a plan with you.

How your first visit works
For prescription cosmetic treatments, Queensland rules mean consultation and treatment happen on separate days. Here's what to expect.
Free consultation
- Full face and skin assessment with Elizabeth
- Your personalised treatment plan

Medical review
- A telehealth review with our medical prescriber, for prescription treatments only
- If suitable, your prescription is valid for 12 months
Your treatment
- Return for treatment with Elizabeth once your medicine has arrived
- A 50% deposit secures your treatment booking

Frequently asked questions
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit is a consultation. Elizabeth asks about your health, listens to what you'd like to change, assesses your skin and face, and talks you through suitable options, including costs, risks and realistic results. There's no obligation to go ahead.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial consultation with Elizabeth is free. If you'd like to go ahead, she'll give you a written treatment plan and quote.
Why can't I have injectable treatments on the same day?
Since 1 July 2025, Queensland rules require prescription (Schedule 4) cosmetic treatments for new patients to happen on a separate day from the consultation, after a telehealth review with a medical prescriber. See our New Patient Info page for the full process.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Skin needling and PRP usually mean one to three days of redness. Elizabeth will explain what to expect, and give you written aftercare, before you book.
How often will I need treatment?
Every plan is different. Skin needling and PRP are usually done as a course of three sessions about four to six weeks apart, then maintained. Elizabeth will recommend a schedule at your consultation.
